I was slotted in last minute today and boy was I grateful! The fates have aligned and they have spoken! Justin is the angel sent from above to make people feel beautiful. From the moment I approached the front door to the moment I left, I felt at ease, comfortable and happy. The whole team there have created the most serene genuine ambience. I was listened to and felt like the incredibly high customer service was just the staff in their natural state! Beautiful group of people! Thank you all especially Justin! I have recently moved to Brisbane, and was anxious about finding a new hairdresser. Reading the reviews, I decided to give Epic Hair Design a go, and very glad I did. The salon was bright, with lots of friendly chatter going on between Hairdressers and clients. Sophie quickly put me at ease and gave me a cut and colour that I am extremely happy with. She was professional, friendly, and most of all, filled me with confidence that my hair was in good hands. Thank you Sophie, I will be back to see you for sure.

I've been going to Epic Hair Designs for a few years now for a haircut. I've never been disappointed. I always come out refreshed and loving my new haircut. Excellent customer service and the free beverage is also a bonus! Would definitely recommend

I saw Keira for my first visit to this salon. I showed her a couple of pics of what I’d like and she gave me feedback on how it would work with my hair and how I usually style it. The final result was PERFECT. Exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier. At the park that afternoon I was told I look like a movie star… big difference from my usual messy mum bun. My 4yo daughter saw a different stylist, this was her first time at a hair salon ever and she was made to few so special and so comfortable - she’s begging me to take her back for another scalp massage! I recently moved to upper mount Gravatt and found this place through google, plenty of good reviews..Been to epic hair salon for 3 times, hair stylists are friendly and lovely but didn’t meet my expectations. I did balayage, hair cut and keratin smoothing. After 3 weeks of balayage I spent $395 and I have short hair, hair had yellowish tone and looked like I need another treatment. I did keratin treatment last week and my hair doesn’t feel smooth at all. I have done keratin treatment few times in the past and hair used to feel so smooth..Every time when my expectations are not met, I thought they might do better next time. I booked appointment today for regrowth tint and to talk to them about my hair issues. However the appointment was cancelled as stylist got sick. I was asked if I want to go to alternative epic salon but I declined as it is not convenient. This appointment was really important to me as I am flying overseas tomorrow and my hair should look presentable. I had to have my hair done today as yesterday they were closed Sunday. I am very disappointed with my hair- they look dry, unhealthy and yellow.Services: Keratin treatments

Booked appointment and had a consultation with stylist. Then received txt next day to say appt cancelled! Phoned in and they had filled my time with another customer. Couldn't get another appt for 2 weeks. So just gave them a big fat miss. Was really disappointed as it was a present for daughters birthday
