Not sure what happened to the amazing salon staff, but now the store doesn't even have a manager when i tried asking about when they'll be hiring new salon staff. Alicia was an amazing stylist and I loved the way she did my hair, I dont know why she left
Store policies are no refunds at all, makes you wonder why but after reading the reviews I understand now, anyone unhappy with their cheap & probably horrible services won’t be able to get refunds even on the products they sell, which makes me question that their products must be dodgy. One employee Asian decent was being stuck up to another employee it was so unprofessional. Anyways this is the only hairhouse that doesn’t do refunds. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here at all, waste of money & time, better off going to a profession salon.
Couldn't be bothered straightening my hair so I got it done here! Excellent service, friendly staff and well worth the $30 to not have to do it myself.
I went here very recently to buy a comb. I had bought one from another hairhouse for $5 at the time i didn't remember the price. I found a comb which was similar to my comb I'd bought. Its price was $15. Thinking this was a similar price to what i paid at the other hairhouse, i bought 2 I like to keep 1 at home, 1 in my work bag, 1 in my car, 1 in my handbag. When i returned to the other hsirhouse and discovered their $5 combs, i was upset. How can a comb from this hairhouse cost triple the price of the other hairhouse. All that said, I've been to this hairhouse in the past and have been given top notch advice and assistance.
The lady I spoke to here today had a really bad attitude. acted like she knows better than anyone else, not interested in shopping somewhere with average customer service let alone bad knowledge
Firstly, when I originally came in to purchase my 10 piece clip in hair extensions the woman tried to sell me dark brown hair extensions instead of black despite the fact that I'd specifically asked for black hair extensions! Secondly, when I was able to buy the black hair extensions I noticed that two of the 10 piece extensions were missing clips. I rang and the lady said I could get a refund on the phone, but when I brought them back in store the same lady refused to refund them despite the fact she said I could get a refund them on the phone - I'd even given the lady my name and number as she had confirmed the refund with her manager. I wouldn't have come all the way instore if they'd mentioned that I wouldn't be able to get a refund over the phone earlier - that was exactly why I rang! So now I have wasted my time going in store and I'm still stuck with 8 clip in hair extensions and 2 that have no clips with no offer of the refund I was promised! I would like the refund I was promised! Kindly do your job and refund the extensions! *** UPDATE *** Received an exchange for the hair extensions, but the exchanged product was also faulty! I received 9 pieces instead of the 10 pieces as advertised! The response from Hairhouse Warehouse management is they can't refund or do anything further with regards to this matter. Very disappointing. This store have no idea about customer service!
Most horrible experience ever. Went in at 11am purely for an all over colour, simple cut and straighten. 4 hours later. The young trainee was unprofessional, made me feel severely uncomfortable, ruined my whole day and just seemed like she had never been shown how to do anything. My mother fell to the ground and hurt her arm due to faulty chairs, it just bent under her. I got burnt a total of 6 times during blow dry and straighten despite telling the girl multiple times it was too hot. Disgusted such horrible service cost me $300. Not my first bad experience at a hair house either.

Worst customer service ive ever heard of at garden city. Went in requesting a colour labelled "copper blonde" with a very light orange swatch next to it and ended up with dark red. Called up to ask what may have happened & manager laughed at me on the phone and said to get over it basically. If you want your customers to be happy then try explaining things to them instead of telling them they are wrong and laughing. Now I have to bleach my hair to get the colour out and there was no compensation or understanding. I was just called stupid and laughed at for not understanding what had happened. Don't go to Garden City store if you want the right colour.
I have been a loyal customer for years and now suddenly am banned from the store due to apparently not showing up to an appointment 9 months ago. I have dated picture evidence that I showed up and everything and they still won't correct their error and now i can't go there anymore. Absolutely disgusting.
