THIS IS A WARNING ADVICE to all ladies want to come and do the nails here. WORST EXPERIENCE I started to do my nails since I was 15, and I’ve never had this bad experience in any shop before. So I want to share this to all ladies. Firstly most of the staff is nice and friendly to me, like Tran and Helen. If anyone wanna come and do nails, they’ll be the nice person for your choice. However, this place organized customer needs very bad. They rushed everything. They don’t make customer feel comfortable and safely. My nails are not evenly and perfectly, I don’t mind spending $100 for perfect nail art, but $70 for this shit, I suggest girls pick another store. RUDE STAFF - Vivian HERE IS THE WORST. One staff named Vivian, she was very rude and impatient. She was the first person that do my nails. She took my fake nails off in a very painful way without asking me which way I wanna taking my fake nails off. And my real nails was broken and I told here more than 3 times that I felt hurt. But this human ignored my needs and pain. And then I asked her some questions about when can clean my dead skin on my fingers. She pissed off and asked me to get out of the store. She got mad at me by she couldn’t understand what I said. The whole time I talked nicely and politely, there’s another lady watched this and she talked for me because how can a customer being treated like this. She didn’t even apologize but just showing her emotions. BAD MANAGEMENT What made me actually feel unhappy and angry was that the owner ignored this. I knew it was busy at that time. But I am also a customer, me and another customer talked about this to the owner, but she didn’t do anything or apologize. I was like “EXERCISE ME?” I don’t wanna be annoying, but honestly I am so surprised by this shop can open till now. I NEVER HAD THIS BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BEFORE. I SUGGEST THIS STORE BETTER TEACH THEIR STAFF KNOW HOW TO SPEAK AND BEHAVE BUT NOT BARK OR ACT LIKE AN ANIMAL. I bet if you read my reviews, you don’t want to spend your money and give your hands to this devil place. PROTECT YOURSELF, CHOOSE ANY OTHER NAIL SALON.
