Ella Baché

I made an appointment for my lunch break at 2pm. When I arrived at 2pm I was told that another worker had gone to lunch and it would be at least 10 minutes before I could be seen. When I explained that I didn't have that long the lady said "Oh well, the other lady went to lunch".. I waited 15 minutes and then left. I understand everyone deserves a lunch break but don't make an appointment time with a customer if you can't actually deliver the service at that time. I have not heard from them at all since leaving either.... poor customer service!

I had an appointment for 10am and rang them as I was running 10mins late and they made me reschedule which is fine. Turned up for my new appointment which was at 10.45am and was still waiting at 11.05am asked how long it would be and was told probably another 10mins, so I left. I have been going to Ella Bache Brisbane city for the last 4 years and love that place never had an issue.The Ella Bache at Garden City is terrible and gives the brand a bad name.

Terrible, sima made me cry. Worst experience ever when she waxed my eyebrows there was no care and she waxed half my eyebrow off. She then said I had a big scar and that she didn't wax half my eyebrow off. I do not have any scar on my face. Do not go there sima is the worst and nastiest beautician I have ever been to. Horrible service and I felt like just another number not a customer
