Stefan Browns Plains

Went to enquire about a haircut for my child and waited for someone to come to the counter and no one came. Could clearly see 2 hairdressers in the shop and they both noticed me and seen me waiting. Ended up leaving. First rule of customer service is to acknowledge the customer, even if you are busy a “hi how are you going I’ll be with you in a sec” is courteous and goes a long way. Didn’t receive any acknowledgement. Good Customer service at this shop is lacking. Lost a customer before you could even get one.

Left this place very disappointed my hair was not that great and I only got 10 foils and cut and it cost me $283 so bloody ripped off if you ask me. I have been to other hair salon that I get more done for less than 200 I wouldn’t be going to this place again. Ripped offService: Balayage

I got my hair done at the Browns Plains store a few weeks ago and I was very satisfied with the result. I was taken in straight away and seated, despite being slightly early whereby, I was offered a complimentary drink and snacks. Sara did my hair and she consulted me regarding how much I wanted to cut off, the colour and the style. We found a photo as a reference for the hair colour that I was after and she perfected the colour. At the end of my appointment, my hair was healthy, soft and smooth. She recommended a few products to maintain my hair and provided me with an explanation on how to use the products. I have been using the products since and they have been great with keeping my hair feel soft and smooth.Services: Hair coloring

I had the best experience yesterday thanks to Selena, so friendly and professional, so patient and with her hair care advice, I walked out a brand new me, just what I needed, so I can't thank her enough. and of course to the bright and bubbly Sienna, just her happy friendly service was so refreshing. Strongly advise against going to stefan Brown Plains. Went in for a trim and some thinning. Paid alot for it. And went to straighten my hair a few days later and discovered a massive chunk of hair had been cut out of the back of my head. The hairdresser said nothing about her mistake! Was so upset when I found it, as it has taken me years to grow my hair.

Took my granddaughter to try to fix a previous haircut, was very happy with end results. Hairdresser at Stefan was very professional, listened to what was wanted and came through with amazing results. Very satisfied with exceptional service. Price was quite reasonable as well.
