Most times get charged double what it says on the sign depending on who you get and what attitude they are in. Don’t arrive there 15 mins or less before closing time because they will be closed. So where they close at 4pm they actually mean 3:45.

Checked the web site to see if they would be open Anzac day . Call them a week before to check. Booked in a job, Hired a truck and labour for the day, only to find out they were closed, when i was told they would be open on Anzac day. Cost me another days truck hire and another days labour. I was PISSED off.

Really disappointed by the inconsistent information given. We accepted we'd have less than a day to fill up our skip so we could get it as soon as possible, but it's still in our driveway days later. Please improve communication with paying customers
