Have a very strange reputation for missing domestic bins. I made an enquiry 3 times via 2 emails and 1 phone call in the span of 8 working days and they still couldn't complete the enquiry. How do you honestly miss bins when they're literally placed out for you ‍ what a joke of a waste company, how do they even earn their contracts
So, we are now at Day 6 since the green waste bins on one side of our street were missed. Multiple contacts since then, directly with Cleanaway and then out of frustration via the Council. Despite several assurances, each deadline has passed. The council was even given an assurance of when a pickup would occur ; that was meant to be by 6.00pm last night 5 days after they were first missed. STILL hasn't happened. What is going on Cleanaway ????????
Was promised the 4 times I called that a missed bin collection would be collected. Despite saying it was overflowing onto the street due to a large family & 2 bins still waiting 6 days later !!
Lee operated a garden waste pickup truck at Klemzig today 15th Jan. Some of the garden waste fell out and she cleaned it all up and took it away. Wonderful service and she acted above and beyond in a lovely friendly manner.
I'm a elderly person the office staff are friendly helpful and polite, can't say the follow up service is good Told that someone would come and pick my bin out of the gutter and put on the footpath so I can retrieve it, every day they said someone would come and do it, still waiting 8 days later
Useless staff. Miss bin collection days, then reschedule it for the following week close to your next pickup date. Customer support representative told me that it was my problem to deal with whatever other waste accrues as a result of their failure to do their job.
I had damage done to my vehicle by one of there bin trucks, and trying to get in contact with them to resolve this issue is an absolute nightmare. This issue is still on going with no one returning my calls or emails! Extremely disappointed in there customer service!
Great to see the Sycophants are alive and well, 5 star LOL. Cleanaway can't even provide a weight guide on their kerbside bin trucks, this is how clever this company is. Nothing on the Council's website either. Correct me if I'm wrong but one should be able to think a 240 litre bin would be able to hold 240 litres of water? If these companies with their noisy mechanical lifting devices can get rid of all the garbos that used to do the job, surely they can read the working load limits on their machinery and let the council know at least?
