The company owner is a crook! Bully, rude, racist and nasty piece of work! They lure people into their trap by being nice and friendly, after you sign up with them, they play nasty games and pocket the money! The company is set out to robe their client's money off. They have no shame! They even tell their clients this! It's a shame to have companies like them operating under the law!

Our strata group has only been managed by JE White's for a few months. It has been a smooth transition. My dealings with the staff have been positive and they are always responsive to my emails. The price seemed reasonable for body corporate management.

DO NOT USE, I may have lost $340k on an investment property with a fault that was know by JE Whites but wasn't disclosed in the purchase documents, they don't do their jobs correctly. They don't hold meetings in accordance with the act. They blame everyone else when proven wrong. One star was given because I couldn't give less!!!!!!

Fantastic strata service - no question is too menial, no problem is too difficult. I've always had timely responses and solutions to my queries. Everyone I have spoken to in the office is friendly and professional - I highly recommend them!!
