The rooms are very nice, the hotel facilities are neat and tidy. The hotel is close to major shopping areas and is right next to a large water / exercise facility if you want a gym or swim. The staff really make the place, they are lovely and I have to call out the day manager Katie. We had a fire alarm at 230am which caused an evacuation. The next morning she was front of house to be bright and cheery ensuring each guest was apologized to appropriately (alarm was not the hotels fault) and smoothing any ruffled feathers. A great response.

Great clean digs. Meals are expensive but as a member they get cheaper. Breakfast is stupid-expensive though and quite offensive. Update: downgraded my rating after the last ten visits or so. I haven’t stayed and walked away happy for some time. Discounts “forgotten” which may be related to not signing anything when charging to the room, my free drink as a loyalty member never offered and I always have to ask, rooms without desks or tables to work at, not enough staff and huge delays. Not keen to come back. Sorry.

Last visit on this occasion. Same as last visit, the loyalty discount was not applied to my meal, the meal was sent to my room instead of my table so was Luke warm when I ate it, air conditioning didn’t work in room so left for work sweaty and in the need of another shower. Really must do better.

Very nice Place. Modern and clean. Nothing bad to say. We enjoyed our brief stay very much!

The hotel is currently being updated so outdoor area not available for our visit this time, should be good when completed. Very helpful when a request for bedside lights available, quickly found and installed. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Close to station and a Catholic Club next door for less formal meals. Not far from the highway and free parking.
