This motel is essentially a house with renovated rooms rented out. Situated in a convenient location, close to local amenities, there's a welcoming reception and it's neatly kept with the owner living next door. To be fair, and comparing with Rydges , Ibis and The Sydney Hilton, there's room for improvement. There was no visible air conditioning unit in my room , no bar fridge, no bedside lamp for reading, and no complimentary tea/coffee/breakfast. Moreover, cleanliness was questionable with dust visibly clinging to screens, an odd cobweb, plus handwritten signs indicating breakages with fans & bathrooms. Considering the price it's very basic and needs standard upgrades to improve convenience and comfort. If these oversights are rectified, it would probably rate closer to 5 stars.

This is an accommodation next to Minto Station. Shops and malls are nearby. There is a large carpark it to it. Very comfortable accommodation and caring management. A unique place to stay in Minto.

Not accommodating and quite rude when I tried to make a booking. I would NEVER refer anyone to ever stay here.
