Had a wonderful stay with my parents.nLift straight to our rooms which was great for my mother who needs a walker.nShower thankfully had a grab bar which gave her confidence if she got off balance.nBeautifully maintained pools and garden.nEven though I knew Bruce was a cartoon character, I still squealed, when I got to the end of the lap pool
DON’T STAY IN THE BACK BUILDING UNLESS YOU LOVE NOISE.nMany large garbage bins get emptied every morning at 7am. You also hear every car enter the carpark and all the busses leaving the station.nGreat location especially if you are in the 2 front buildings.nVery disappointing for over 4K for a week
A beautiful place to stay. Great location right on the water, modern rooms, serviced daily. Gorgeous views of the ocean, the passage, and the Glasshouse Mountains. There's a good variety of restaurants very close to the hotel and a City Cave right across the road. We will absolutely stay here again!
Loud bass music to all hours of the night reverberating through the entire place despite being 3 floors up. Kids not sleeping as a result. Either kill the band playing to no one downstairs or sound proof your rooms!
