Great location. Some of the apartments have been renovated while others appear to be in their original 1995 state. The apartment we got was the later and seems to be pot luck when booking what you get. It's generally clean and comfortable, air con is old and struggles, kitchen and bathrooms in need of updating. A good little bolt hole I supposed but expensive for something so dated (the renovated apartment shown in the pictures on the other hand might be reasonable value so long as your lucky enough to get one of them)

Twice a year at least I visit Centrepoint Apartments. I arrive exhausted and stressed but after a week in Caloundra my spirit is restored. Centrepoint’s fabulous position means I can put my car in the garage and walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I spend many hours admiring the magnificent uninterrupted view of the ocean with its many moods. I love it. My visit this Easter had an extra bonus with new managers who were always on hand and happy to help make my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Of course I’ve already booked for December.

We loved walking to shops, coffee and along boardwalk round to Kings beach.  Very handy to everything.  Lovely large apartment for big family and great views out 2 directions over Bulcock Beach and mountains.  Hot tub was great on windy days and kids loved the pool setup and sauna.

There were issues that meant we had to leave after one night - how the management handled the situation (gracefully and carefully and kindly) meant that we had a positive experience when it could easily have been a really negative one. So 5 stars on the management team and just 3.5 stars for the room. Great views and great location - though a little on the small side in the lounge area for 4 adults. Probably - with the issues that were present - the room should not have been rented out that weekend - however, ahead of time the team couldn't have known of the problems we encountered.

The location is just the best.  Central to great restaurants and a good range of shops.  The view from the higher rooms is breathtaking and the rooms are well designed making them very comfortable .  The management and staff are very friendly and courtesy.
