Very modern, Comfortable. Everything we needed. There was a strange smell throuhhout unit but once we aired it out it disappeared. Carpark was very small but would recommend guests to stay.

I love this place. The onsite managers are extremely helpful and it's a great location. Walking distance to Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach, Happy Valley and the local CBD. 

I definitely recommend this place for a family or even couple looking to get away for a holiday.

Pleasantly surprised with the apartment, spacious 2 bedroom on the top floor with great views from the balcony and from the upper roof deck that was exclusively for me.  Laundry and kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals. Also had my very own lock up garage with remote entry.

Couple of negatives... no reception to checkin and checkout, had to call on arrival to find out how you get in.  The same on checkout, you have to call the on site manager to meet you.  I couldn't get the balcony sliding door to lock either, but given I was on the top floor, was not a big deal.

Both of these negatives would not stop me from returning again. The manager was informative and friendly.

Good location a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and local shops. Rooms are good value but could use Aircon.
