I ordered online, and saw some of the negative reviews so I followed up with a text message. Got texted back in the same day and agreed on a delivery date a few days afterwards. Great service, great product, easy to use, thanks team.

The lady who helped us was great.  She was very patient while my Mum looked at lots of rugs.  Not a bad range, and good reductions.  We had been to a number of rug shops, who only had rugs online.  At Rugs4Less, you can actually see and feel the rugs.

Be aware! Don't waste your money and time here. If there is no stock, why mislead the customers with " In stock" tag? I would have buy from other seller without wasting my time. I would not recommend and will never buy from this shop. O star

I was after a large rug 200 X 290 cm. A friend recommended Rugs 4 Us Capalaba, and found there the right look but the actual size was located at their large warehouse at Redland Bay. The shop at Capalaba Park Plaza is not large but adequate, however, their family owned  warehousing makes up for whatever your needs are. Very impressive. You can opt to have your goods delivered if not in a hurry or go pick it up yourself for large items as we did at Redlands Bay as I required it straight away. Prices are insanely better than anywhere else on the day who offers were also 50% off RRP. If they don't have what you're looking for, just ask.

Absolutely blown away by the fantastic customer service provided by Rugs4Less Capalaba. Not only was the in-store experience 5 star but free home delivery was offered during payment without any prompting. At 6pm the evening of purchase, received a text that rug was on its way.  Couldn't ask for better than that.

Rugs for Less had exactly what I was looking for. I was very impressed that they contacted me before placing the order to confirm with me. They went out of their way to satisfy my purchase. I have already placed another order since. I 100% recommend them to other customers.

After searching the web for several days for a specific rug I found the one on their site website. Ordered and paid for it. 8 days later I get an email stating that they have no stock and I will recieve a refund.  Won't be ordering off their site again. It takes 8 days to let me know if it's in stock when I could have been finding another rug in the meantime. Now i'll end up spending more money.

The saleswoman was helpful and knew her stuff, the store seemed to have a good range of lines at reasonable prices.

I purchased several cushions which simply never arrived. Rugs4Less are ignoring messages and emails, leaving me out of pocket and with no product. Avoid these people at all costs.

AVOID! Placed and paid for order. One week later when I followed up I was sent a shipping notification but every time I checked the progress it said "nothing lodged". Tried to call, email and facebook message but no response. Ended up having to lodge a credit card dispute to get money back.
