I’m very disappointed with the service from Dr. Ruba. After calling three times to discuss an issue that is concerning to me, her assistant calls back to tell me to find another doctor. I understand her office is booked out for the next month, but a courtesy conversation is what I’m after. Instead I politely told to take a hike. My experience with this office is disappointing and unprofessional.

Dr. Ruba is an excellent, fun, pint sized, easy going and talkative ObGyn.

She has delivered my 2 sons and I'll go back if we decide to have more children or if I ever need a gynaecologist.

She makes anyone feel important, was great with my son when he had to come to appointment, and doesn't make a mountain out of a mole hill which we loved even though I had my fair share of pregnancy issues - I was a high risk patient.

She came highly recommended by various ultrasound techs and I'm glad I took their advice.
