Highly recommended Dr Safi Albekaa!!! After years of my son constantly having reoccurring issues with tonsillitis, ear infections & breathing difficulties we finally went for a consultation, Dr Albekaa advised my son would dramatically benefit from having his tonsils removed, grommets & adenoids, it was very clear right from the start that he is highly trained and knows what he is doing, he talked me through the whole process from beginning to end & helped reassure me that it would improve my sons symptoms & quality of life as I was reluctant like most parents to put my child through a procedure so young. He was so informative & went above and beyond to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as possible, he came to check on us several times in recovery which provided so much comfort, I am so grateful for the level of care & expertise we received from both Dr Albekaa & his team. Since having the surgery my sons sleeping, breathing & overall general health has improved dramatically, the only regret I have is that I didn’t do it sooner.
I very recently had a few surgical procedures done by Dr Albekaa due to chronic sinusitis and deviated septum. It has only been a number of days post op, even though I am still recovering but the difference so far is life changing for the best!! I can actually breathe!! Dr Albekaa has been amazing! Very thorough, informative, very clear in information he required to diagnose and advise on steps moving forward. I could not have found a better ENT surgeon to help me fix my struggles!! Dr Albekaa was incredible, I had my surgery with him in 2021, and all I can say is wow I wish I’d seen him sooner! His secretaries were absolutely beautiful and welcoming. During the initial consultation Dr Safi was kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and his team arranged for the surgery to be booked around my work schedule. After surgery I had trouble with the prescribed medications, his secretaries were so quick to find a solution so I could recover in comfort. So thankful. One year later and I can’t explain how much difference this surgery has made to my life. Thanks team and Dr Safi for a beautiful experience, your care for clients is invaluable!
Doctor Albekaa was so nice, professional and straight to the point.. he presented all the solutions for my problem, explaining in detail the pros and cons of each option and allowed me to take my time thinking and asking questions then provided me with all the info i needed and did not pressure me at all, he was so patient with me which I appreciated a lot. He also respected me as a patient unlike a lot of doctors, nurses and midwives in the ACT and NSW unfortunately! The receptionist however was a bit rude to me and to the patient before me she did not wanna answer much questions it felt we are chasing her for answers she was shushing me at one point! hope the doctor consider hiring some nicer staff in the future.
I had a septoplasty to fix a deviated septum done by Dr. Albekaa in 2020. This was my first surgery and I felt out of my depth navigating it on my own as I was only 21, but Dr. Albekaa was so kind and informative throughout the whole process. He was upfront about the costs and process which made the whole experience so much easier for me. The results have been life-changing for me as my breathing has improved dramatically. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a patient and knowledgeable ENT.
Recently got my tonsils out and cannot fault Dr Albeka. He answered all my questions and concerns even his lovely team helped too. Surgery went well, recovery was expected to be rough but happy with the service and expertise.
I am thrilled with the help Dr Albekaa has given me. He has been decisive, clear and patient. I underwent UPPP, tonsillectomy, bilateral turbinate reduction and septoplasty and had a smooth recovery with pain within expectations. I have already noticed significant improvements with more expected over the coming weeks. Thank you Dr Albekaa.
Dr Albekaa was amazing from the initial engagement, through diagnosis and surgery to correct my deviated septum. I can now breath, sleep and be active without gasping for air. I never realised how bad it was until it was fixed. Forever grateful! The aftercare and follow up was excellent. I'd put off getting medical help for years and wish I'd gone to see him ages ago. Highly recommended.
Worst health professional experience I've had for my daughter. We went to see him for my daughter's ear wax cleaned up It was not a good experience. He is very rude to the kids and this is a money-making place. Please read all one-star reviews before booking an appointment with him. Also one mentioned in the review all 5 stars from his staff anesthetists. May be true.
Can not express the gratitude I feel! Dr Albekaa did not rush through our consultation, he asked me several times if I had questions and he took the time to explain not only the issue that I came to see him regarding but a secondary issue that I had no idea was even a problem turns out its not normal to feel tired all time. I was encourage to call if I had questions both before and after the surgery so I never felt anxious because all of my questions and concerns were answered. Even though I am still technically not fully recovered I feel amazing! Sleeping better, more energy and less cranky... Thank you thank you thank you Dr Albekaa. Can not recommend enough!!!
