Usual long waits to see a GP at this practice but worth the wait if you get quality service from a good doctor who actually cares about helping their patients and not just for the money. I went to see some doctor there recently and he was absolutely terrible. Didn’t even bother to listen to my full matter and told me to wait outside to see another GP to deal with it. Absolutely atrocious service and will not name the doctor specifically but I was very unhappy and I don’t know which Med school he crawled out of..

Attended the center this morning for a 10.45 appointment. Was seen at 12 noon with no warning of an extended wait time even though I asked. I was to see the doctor for a referral to have stitches removed (as advised by my specialist interstate). The doctor was incredibly rude. I was given a 24 hour referral to a nurse to have the stitches removed. I was then told, by the same doctor, that my stitches shouldn’t be removed for another 5 days and to come back then, I would also have to pay for another referral in 5 days time. Late, rude and appear to be dollar focussed. 

I don’t have anything positive to say whatsoever and will not be returning nor recommending this medical center.

Really bad doctors and a really long wait time even when it’s not busy. The reception staff are really helpful and great. But the service is pretty bad because they never call back with results and the doctors are always cranky and tell you there’s nothing wrong. They told me I had a sprained ankle and told me to walk on it so I did but then it got worse so we went to the hospital and they told me it was broken and I shouldn’t have walked on it so I was in a boot for 12 weeks 6 more than normal because they told me to walk on it when I shouldn’t have. Sorry about about the long rant but that is what I think about Phillip medical centre

Long waits and disgraceful doctors. National Health Co-op is way better and cheaper all round. Doctors are 20million % better and nicer.

I need to visit a doctor today .... if this was my business I would be freaking out about the dearth of negative reviews. Don't you feel the need to address these? I can assure you these reviews have had an impact on my choice. You won't see me today
