I love this place! I come here regularly.  The nurses are always super lovely and most importantly non-judgemental, especially if you are a minority. It's also all bulk billed. We need more of these services.

I have been attending the CSHC for years and the quality of service has always been fantastic. The centre is vital for anyone who is aware of it and uses it, but it is particularly important to  the LGBTQIA+ community. It also provides an important safety net for any who struggle with the general health system.  I know many people who rely on the CSHC, and I believe that it is incredibly important that the state government take its support and resourcing seriously. I beleve it does The people that I have engaged with at the reception desk, over the phone and when in consultation have always been so helpful and friendly and the new facilities are fantastic.  I have noticed a small decline in quality of service over the past year, and I believe it is due to staffing availability challenges. which is fair in the current environment

Jenny was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous about having an IUD inserted but she was very reassuring and the whole process was completely pain free. Such a positive experience for something which was quite daunting!

I visited this clinic multiple times for check-up as well as receiving Hep B boosters, and left happy with the nurse who attended me. However, the clinic tend to get really busy and had to wait to be called pretty long waiting time.

Honestly never thought I would rave about a sexual health check up but this was genuinely a pleasant experience. Staff were great - friendly and professional. No judgement felt at any point, wait was short and the whole thing was non-invasive and free!?. If I'd known it was this easy I'd have had more regular check ups in the past.

Very unhelpful, had a phone call this morning as I have an issue with somewhat urgent symptoms... Was promised a call back at 12:30 but never heard anything, I tried contacting them again twice, with over an hour being on hold, only to be hung up on both times.  Impossible to contact and I've wasted half the day trying to contact while also experiencing painful symptoms.

Warning, it’s appointment only now. almost no parking nearby, difficult/impossible to access via public transport. If you’re not a Canberra resident it’s easier to organise scripts and a pathology form via email from your GP and going to any pathology service in Canberra instead.

The best service in Canberra and Australia and probably one of the best in the world. Staff and doctors are very professional and non-judgmental. I hope it will stay that way.
