Such friendly and helpful staff. Found the love of our life there, Sally! I would absolutely recommend adopting a pet from here. Reasonable prices, animal is vaccinated and desexed and the staff are honest and helpful about the pros and cons of each animal's personality.

If you ever have to make the heartbreaking decision to surrender your pets, as we just did :'(, this is the place to do it. They are so kind and sensitive to how your feeling, the process is simple and quick so that you're not left hanging around getting more upset! I highly recommend RSPCA Katoomba shelter.

My dog was held here for awhile and all his nails were split all the way to his skin and bleeding and the tip of his tail was sliced off. Staff that I met were rude and unhelpful
