Ruffwear Float Coat Well made, true to size. Not as bulky as another brand we previously had. Glad we purchased this one. Bella also loves it.

Last time I came to town this place was closed. Visiting again some months later was keen to go back, based on the pictures advertising their store of what seemed to be high quality leather leads and collars. Going upstairs  I enquired where they were only to be told they hadn't sold them for over two years. What was available was just the standard normal pet store merchandise, nothing at all special.  I then did say to the lady I thought her signage was somewhat misleading as nothing from the advertised pictures were available. I was in what was quite a rude tone told it was not at all  misleading and just because they show pictures of product they do not sell that should not be a problem  Crap attitude, crap service and as much as I'd love to say support your local store, this is now sadly an attitude that won't keep any customer for long. What a real pity.  Oh and don't bother posting on their FB page about bad service. In the first instance they will call you a liar, and when you respond they just delete it.

Great service!  Ordered two harnesses from their website. Good updates and communication along the way and fast shipping to Sydney.  Unfortunately, I had to swap one of the harnesses with a bigger size. Return process was quick and hassle free.  Very happy with the service! :  Thanks Brian

There were no issues with the availability of the item ordered, the item was sent and delivered very quickly, and the original tags were attached to the item to ensure authenticity.
