A really excellent visit, the staff was overly compensating and generous with their times. Listened attentively and drew upon their experience, relayed it back in a manner that was easily understood. Suggested many solutions and advised of ways on saving on the wallet before attempting more expensive solutions. The issue was having numerous dogs and wanting some solutions to give them a good and a safe environment, came up to the counter with many products and wanting to buy the more expensive and the high end range, they were able to walk through the issues one by one and suggest a solution to each one, aswel as advising to come back for the more high end expensive solutions if all else fails. Overall - amazing experience, and not to mention the wide range of products pet barn stores! Thank you guys for the amazing service 5 stars and if it could be 6 I would have added on that for the extra courtesy in service.
Don't buy your aquarium plants from here, was told by female staff member that there has been an issue with snails in the plants. Which is not a problem. Then get home put these plants in my tank! 1.5 weeks later I now have no fish! Major bug issue ripped right through the tank no matter how I tried to resolve it, I could not save any of my prize winning fish! Attempt calling the shop! No answer, get voice mail, leave a message and still no reply. This shop has lost me and my business. Not happy Petbarn! You could have at least returned a call because I don't want anyone else having to loose their precious fish! The amount of money I put into my tanks to be lost in a matter of 3 days is hurting.
Recently had back strain, Pet barn assisted me to get kitty litter of the shelf, the staff were happy and courteous,. The staff members assisted to put the purchased items into my boot, very cheerful staff.
When ever I walk into this store I am always greeted by one of their friendly staff members, who are also happy to help where ever they can.
Called the store this morning. Spoke to Will, staff member, and asked if a certain puppy kibble was in stock. He answered me within 5 seconds, offered to put two bags on hold for me to pick up today. Within half hour I went in, spoke with Will, picked up my kibble and on my way home. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you!
I placed an online order for a frozen product and a dry food product, outside of normal business hours My goods arrived , the next morning before 12 , two boxes , my frozen goods with a good amount of ice bricks , in one box , and my dry food in a separate box , and left at the front door as per my instructions Packed securely and with care Thank you Petbarn
Make sure you check the price on your receipt matches the listed sale price.Overcharged $5 for kangaroo meat because it was in a box and the guy at the registerer asked me if I actually wanted him to fix it up for a refund of the difference. Not a very positive reaction when I told him yes fix you have overcharged me. They have done the same thing to my mum and she's had to return to the store. Staff need more training in customer service in how to speak to people, and not make the customer feel like they have inconvenienced the staff.

Always friendly efficient staff carried big bag to my car. Love petbarn. Right price good service.
The reception staff refused to help me because I hadn't made an appointment even though the car park was empty and the clinic had no patients.
