Have been going to this practice since 2010, with my partner and 3 young children. Never had a bad experience. Reception is always helpful and accomodating. When our regular doctor hasn't been available (Dr Docker - who we love), we've seen one of the others. We've now seen all the doctors. They have all been excellent. They're exceptionally professional. They don't practice quick-fix medicine - they investigate problems and find long term solutions. Could not recommend this practice more highly.

The staff are unhelpful and rude. Cancelled appointment without my consent as they were contacting me during work hours and when asked to call back at a more appropriate time to resolve the appointment - they refused and instead did as they pleased and cancelled. Practice Manager is unprofessional.

To management response; I tried to resolve this already by asking if I could come in last week to give my medical history so as I could attend the Saturday appointment which your unhelpful staff and practice manager would not understand. She continued to cancel my appointment despite me advising that I was at work and to contact me back at a more appropriate time I.e. an hour later.

I’ve had impeccable service at the practice. The Drs look for solutions and not a quick fix and are willing to spend the time with you. Unlike many impersonally Practice Factories I’ve experienced in CBD.
