Balmain Sports Medicine provides a highly specialised service allowing you to benefit from a skilled assessment, an accurate diagnosis and the latest evidence-based ‘hands on’ management techniques, required to ensure (i) a minimal recovery time and (ii) enable you to maximize your sporting performance, whether at a recreational or elite sporting level.

Balmain Sports Medicine offers Physiotherapy services, Massage Therapy, bike fitting assessments, and Podiatry (both sports specific and general podiatry services.) Our experienced team from www.sportspodiatrists.com.au provide a unique experience for their patients by ensuring attention to detail, comprehensive assessment, gait & running analysis, a clear diagnosis and a confident management plan.

BSM offers Clinical Pilates, supervised by qualified Pilates Physiotherapists, who are able to help diagnose your injury, and implement a rehabilitation plan, aimed to target your areas of weakness or poor mobility to get back to your exercise goals or sports. Women's Health Physio Polly Levinson consults at BSM on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and can help with all women's health concerns during the pre or post-natal period, but also can assist with conditions such as continence, prolapse.

Performance Psychologist Brian Langsworth consults at BSM on Friday mornings, and can you with stress, anxiety, depression disorders, as well as helping with goal setting and motivation for athletes but also for clients in corporate settings as well.
