After visiting close to 5 chiropractors over the past 4 years I have had no success with any of them in the past. I decided to make the decision to do some homework and find the best of the best in Sydney and I discovered Chris Knee. I had my first visit with Chris in early 2017 and what can I say, the guy is fantastic he has designed a detailed plan of ongoing exercises and tasks that we both need to work on to ensure the treatments are effective. Chris explained everything in detail before we got into the session and has a mind of a FREAK (in a good way) he knows the in's and out's of the human body and knows how everything works and explains it in a way that is easy to understand he also took the time to demonstrate the exercises he required me to do and spent a lengthy amount of time with me. I have never received this 6 star service anywhere else before in the past. I feel Chris & myself have now developed a professional relationship which I am sure will continue for many years to come.

Excellent service. Chris will not only fix whatever issue you have but will help to ensure it doesn't happen again by strengthening the supporting muscles. He will also keep you moving so you can get on with your life. Highly recommended.

Very relaxing and professional environment. Clearly explaines what's going on and best way to get better. Referred my partner to start coming here too and both of us are very happy with our experience :)

A great experience at Sydney Spine & Sports Centre Balmain. Amazing customer service, really accurate and efficient diagnosis, manageable and realistic rehabilitation plan. Already seeing a lot of improvement within a few weeks.
