We went to this place for lunch because we got a deal on the EatClub app for discounted food and drink which was really good. My friend and I both ordered burgers and it was delicious. It'd be better if the dish goes with some sort of salad in my opinion though. It was during the week so there was only one or two other tables but the food did take a bit of time to arrive.
I agree with Dave. $42 for a well done rump steak that was not cooked medium rare as I ordered. The mushroom sauce was also cold and was so small that I had to pay an extra $3 for more sauce. The steak was also the thinnest rump steak I have ever seen. My friend also ate hers which was overcooked and was shocked to pay an extra $3 for another tiny portion of sauce . This dish should not be $45.
it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance is both cozy and chic, making it perfect for a casual dinner or a special occasion. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations from the menu.nnThe food was exceptional.
I can not comment on the food as I was there on a Saturday night and did not eat. It was quite busy, which isn’t a bad thing but certain walk ways weren’t so well thought out so had to unnecessarily squish past people, but again nit picking.nnAs someone who went to a school in that area and has a complicated relationship with that time I found the crowd to be a bit not my speed, but they looked like they were having fun. The music choice was horrendous - reminiscent of a year 7 disco.nnRoughly a 13 dollar schooner fairly cheap cocktails but nothing to write home about in taste.
Had the Long Bottomless Lunch and it was SOOO yummyyyyy!! We had a table of three and they give you so much food we couldn't finish it all. The drinks were great and our server was super nice. The only downsides is that there were a few flies as the restaurant is semi outside and the steaks were slightly tough/rubbery. But overall was so cute and would totally come back!
