As tenants with Rouse Realty for over 3 years, Alain and the team were awesome and always easy to deal with, providing extremely high levels of service. Our requests/concerns were always handled swiftly, and our exit from the property was also handled extremely well with reasonable compromise regarding time frames and required maintenance. I would have no issue in recommending Alain and the Rouse team to anyone.

I would advise anyone who is thinking of listing their rental to consider how they want their property managed and look elsewhere. For tenants, I understand there is a rental shortage so please ensure you keep written (including photographic) documentation of every dealing with this agency if you must go through them. Unfortunately, you'll probably need it.
