Sarah has sold two of my properties providing a very professional yet friendly experience. All my expectations were met including: excellent communication, helpful advice, no surprising curveballs, flexibility and her control of the interaction between buyer and seller. There is no other agent I would choose to use. I trust Sarah throughout any business and personal future endeavors.

I feel I need to add some balance in all these glowing reviews. As we did not experience this positive feeling everyone else has experienced with Belle Coolum. In my opinion, their talk doesn't match their walk & the effort to bring our price down to match a buyers offer, as opposed to bringing the buyers to our expectation. Needless to say we parted ways and made an additional $350K  with another agent. 2.5 Stars Edited, post discussion with principle.

Everyone of Belle Property Manager team are excellent.  They are always helpful, full of knowledge, honest and professional.  Their Communication, ability to meet our needs and responding immediately has been exceptional. Strongly recommend.
