I can honestly say Madi & Simon from Fixed Price Realty are the best real estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. First I used their services to manage my property and they looked after my property it as if it was their own. When it was time to sell my investment property, I wasn’t going to use anyone but them. Once the tenants moved out they even offered to stage the home for me to help me achieve a better selling price. Needless to say, they got me a fantastic price  and truly went above and beyond to get my property sold. Highly recommend these guys.

Excellent and extremely professional service! When purchasing our new property, Madi was the listing agent. She made sure that everything from initial offer/contract, right through to settlement was easy and hassle-free. Madi and Simon were super friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They kept us up to date with any new information and shared their market/ real estate knowledge with us. We were very impressed with Madi and Simon from the time we first met them when they visited the property for the appraisal right up until we handed over the keys prior to settlement. From the beginning they listened our ideas and put forward their own suggestions based on their experience selling in the area. We never felt like we were being pushed to do things their way, we always felt part of the process. We were amazed by the enthusiasm shown by Madi and Simon through the weekly open houses and the prompt, detailed feedback we received after each one. Because of the market downturn the sale did take longer than expected however both Madi and Simon treated each open house as if it was the first. Their continuing upbeat approach and determination to achieve the best possible outcome kept us positive and confident throughout the sale. Madi was very inviting when we first looked at the property. There was a few questions that required a response from the seller and she had came back very promptly with the required information.
