I can honestly say Madi & Simon from Fixed Price Realty are the best real estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. First I used their services to manage my property and they looked after my property it as if it was their own. When it was time to sell my investment property, I wasn’t going to use anyone but them. Once the tenants moved out they even offered to stage the home for me to help me achieve a better selling price. Needless to say, they got me a fantastic price and truly went above and beyond to get my property sold. Highly recommend these guys.

Madi was very inviting when we first looked at the property. There was a few questions that required a response from the seller and she had came back very promptly with the required information.
