the Manager may be the most arrogant person i have ever meet, got the impression he thought he was better than me and i shouldn't be in his store, was once my favorite store but on going encounters with the manager has put me off completely

Manager is a self entitled ass**** who has no manners at all! Think he’s top s*** because he runs rodd and Gunn... wouldn’t step foot in here if you are hoping for decent customer service! Outrageous!

Customer service representative was arrogant and not helpful.  He seemed annoyed that he had to refold clothes that we had tried on, which we later purchased.  Not friendly, not approachable and not welcoming.  Very disappointing from a store that we have shopped in for many many years.  On the other hand, we are happy with our items.
