Disgusting customer service! The first time I ever stepped foot in the store I noticed a pull in the fabric on one of the shirts and asked the staff member if they would reduce the price of the item. The staff member made a rude comment toward me saying they don't play the system like that and that shirt would have to be sent back. Even target knows better then this. The second time I walked into the store I was told by a staff member that I could lay buy as long as I needed to and the previous shirt with the fault was still on the hanger for sale. So much for the staff doing the right thing by their customers and not ripping them off with selling faulty items of clothing. I made my way to the counter to put a payment toward my lay buy and was told that if I didn't pick my lay buy up then the sales member would cancel the lay buy and not refund me the money even though I was told I could lay buy for as long as I needed to and was making regular payments and only had a lay buy for a month. For such disrespectful customer service rating deserves a 0.
