great staff made it easy to find a reasonable priced glass top stove. We were offered free delivery and taking away our old stove. they also offered a extended warranty
I really want to like this store. The store itself is clean and well organized. I also think the products are reasonable priced. However, my fiancé and I have been shopping here regularly while working on renovations and staff have been consistently unhelpful nearly every time we have visited. When approaching a staff member, they almost seem as if we are inconveniencing them and interrupting the conversations amongst themselves. We have also been in to a see a V.I.P customer service rep several times and there is nearly never been an employee there to assist us. Very frustrating.
Pretty good selection of stuff of mats not the best selection of tools. But today I went to get flooring and some other supply’s and by far the best employee is Doug, helped me every way he could. Give Doug a pay raise he deserves it!
As an industry professional who’s been a customer of this store since it opened, I’ve made my last trip today. The staff at this store are unfamiliar with construction and building materials. They cannot identify dimensional lumber which makes check out a very long and frustrating process. Their prices are no longer competitive, the store is dirty and disorganized, the selection and quality of their products has gone down hill. I tried to use my VIP pro card today for a 5% discount and was told they no longer accepted the Lowe’s card and I needed to have the Rona issued card. It’s clear this franchise is going though some changes, and I find this to be a universal experience at all lowes locations in the past few months.
Love the store and the staff. My issue is with the credit card by rbc pay plan is confusing and no one at Lowes knows how this new system works. Someone should have explained this new system to the staff. Will not be making any credit card purchases in the future at Lowes for big ticket items. Good luck trying to get info from staff.
I have been shopping at Lowe's for our renovation company for a while now but most recently, they went above and beyond for me on a personal project. At a time when customer service is severely lacking, I am quite impressed. Kudos to the manager and the whole team for going the extra mile.
I went here to get a Christmas tree as I do every year , a couple with a baby and I were standing out in the cold for over 20 minutes till finally someone came out to help with the trees . I had to take the tree inside myself and when I went to cash out the 5 foot tree comes out as $67 . I left the tree at the cash out and walked out. I ended up getting a $20-40 tree at Nofrills down the road. And it's very nice . I'm very disappointed with the lack of service at Lowes and may not go back .
I need to replace my garage and having got the best quote by far from Lowes I gave them my business. The customer service shown by Alex, Kathleen and manager Steve was top notch. Very helpful indeed
Lows definitely has more products in stock than other big box hardware stores in London. Not to mention they price match plus add an additional 10% off after matching the cheapest advertised price or proof of cheaper price at one of their competitors.I was able to get to supply lines for my new faucet that also included two SharkBite water shut off valves for $10 less than it cost at Rona or home Depot due to the price match.
Middle of the afternoon and not one regular till open. Only the self check-out. Not everyone, myself included, wants to use the self check-out. There were several employees standing around talking, though. The cashier I did deal with at customer service ended up giving me the wrong change, which I only realized after I returned to my car. Not a great experience at this location. Edit April 30 2019 The wood selection is getting worse, warped and twisted. If you can even get to it with all the carts in the way.
