I have engaged this firm several times and every time have had a good experience. They have helped me with several business contracts, once with debt collection and once with probate. Every time I was made aware of the costs upfront and there were no surprises.

Beware! I saw one complaint but thought some people love to complain. However it was justified. For me they were assisting(?) with a contract, but errors abounded and I found myself correcting them several times - documents with missing pages, others with errors, incomplete submissions to the other party. The ramshackle appearance of their building reflects what happens inside. My complaints resulted in a halving of their inflated fee.

*** CLIENTS BEWARE!!! *** This law firm is filled with complete fraudulent and incompetent lawyers that fail to do their job properly, rarely return telephone calls, provide no telephone calls to advise you of the progress of your case, and attend to your court case ONE HOUR AND A HALF LATE only to hit you with extraordinarily inflated fees and threaten you with legal action if you do not pay up. There is no shortage of law firms to go to in Melbourne, do yourselves a favour and find another one, beware of this highly fraudulent and incompetent firm that gives the industry a bad name. Take your business elsewhere and do not entertain these jokers!!!
