Had this company deal with a divorce settlement Not good first Solicitor went on Maternity leave then was given a 2nd Solicitor and only to be told that then she was going on Maternity leave and they had nobody to continue my case. It took them sometimes weeks to respond to my emails, Never had a meeting with them at any time. So whole experience was Bad. I was advised by a friend to try a solicitor they had used, which I did any my god it's chalk and cheese this company is amazing its only been 1 week and they have sorted everything out so far compared to 7 months from previous company going around in circles.
I recently had to deal with an estate matter and it involved calling, email, and texting with several business and organisations. Each encounter was slow, frustrating, requiring multiple calls and emails, except for Lorraine Jones & Associate. They actually answer the phone and you talk to a person, they call back when they say they will and respond to emails promptly. If a task is required it is completed. They provide you with a fee and stick to it. The matter became slightly more complicated than originally envisaged and they offered practical solutions and carried them out. Friendly, respectful and professional; I thoroughly recommend the firm and intend to use them in the future.
Chris produced our Wills etc for us. Very easy to deal with and thorough. Highly recommend for service and communication.
