Did business with this "Company" before. First time they almost cost us a purchase due to their rudeness. Thought we had a very simple contract this time round and would get a quote. Made my wife feel like an idiot for no good reason. If we knew the law and all the correct terminology, we would have less need for them... couldn't even get a quote from them without reception and Ian being unkind and unsupportive. Remember we come to you as paying customers and should be given a better reception when we call.
Final nail in the coffin for this "Company", much better Conveyancing / property lawyers willing to support their potential clients.

Bit disappointed, made a initial inquiry and they were not even interested in talking to me, kept saying to busy. If that is the case get reception to say so before putting inquiries through.  Waste of my time.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ian when I sold a property for one of his clients in Williamstown. I found Ian and his company to be extremely professional in every regard, I received a contract very quickly and I was impressed with his follow up and attention to detail. A true gentleman. I hope we work together again in the future.
