I did read all the comments regarding this conveyancing company, but I choose to give them a go anyway, I actually disagree with all the comments. I have just brought a property in Bayswater and found this company great, so lovely, very easy, hassle free and reasonable pricing. I will definitely be using them again, if I ever go to sell.

I have used 4 times now & have never had any issues. Buying & selling is scary & I am glad to say that i can rely on Metropolitan Conveyancing to do the job. Thank you ladies

I've used them on 2 occasions and always found them courteous, professional, diligent and affordable. My only whinge is that they don't seem to have a web site or thus far an email. this might have changed now.

Have used company on several occasions and never had a problem. Most dealing's have been via email, but contracts etc produced in record time.

Shonky operator, withheld funds and required constant chasing to refund moneys owed.  Funds payed at settlement were not transferred to owners corp.  Still chasing them four months from settlement.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.  Complete BS.  You only get one star as there is no option to post ZERO stars

Absolutely appalling customer service. Do not use! Over priced and very rude. No help or proper comunication in relation to a settlement. I can't stress enough how important it is to get a good conveyancer. This company is not a good one!

Avoid this conveyancer at all costs. They wanted to charge me for 'conveyancing work' which consisted of asking me for a couple of details. They never told me about the contract or section 32 and I am yet to see either after two years. The only thing they have sent me is an invoice! One of the rudest, most arrogant conveyancers I've ever encountered. Beware!

I understand that you want people to email but it is really unhelpful not to actually provide that email!!! A google search shows nothing and you don't have a website. I'm not sure how you expect to stay in business.

What is your email? You've been closed since start of covid and have instructed to send an email yet there is no email anywhere. Can you please assist
