Long wait as well, terrible if you only have a 30 min lunch break. Will not go back to this one. Better elsewhere

Pathetic service... was told that there was a 10 minute wait for the coffees and asked whether it was OK with is - after I had paid!!! And then you see the barista(who is supposed to be making the coffees!!!), clearing tables.... Will be voting with my feet next time and go to The Coffee Club 50m further - where I've had excellent service every time. Thought I'd give Robert Harris a go... but not again!!

Still extremely slow service for an average breakfast. Coffee club from now on.
