We bought a Golf Savannah Maxi 531 from these people late last year. Delivery was slow due to demand but we were happy once we got it and the hand-over was very thorough with everyone being very helpful. On our first trip, we found a few small issues and these were promptly attended to in a very professional and friendly manner. After several trips including a 3 1/2 week trip to Tasmania we are very happy with the Golf and still think it is good value for money. We will be going back for our first service soon and have a few more, non-urgent issues but are confident that we will again be well looked after. We can recommend these people and Golf caravans.
I purchased my Caravan in January and the sales / service / and follow up has been fantastic. with all the 3 major players in Brisbane Located at Burpengary I had heaps to compare with however I chose River City Rv's. Mike and James are really helpful in Product knowledge and went out of there way for me. I would recommend doing business with this firm without any shadow of a doubt..... Thank you River City Rv's , Mike and James for making the experience and my dream come true.
Another great experience today, another great deal done with the guys at Rivercity Rv's, purchased my second van today after buying a Gold caddy about 2 yrs ago went back & traded it in on a Golf Savannah 499 Titanium recently traded in .Had just ordered a Savannah 499 to upgrade the Caddy & this one became available thanks for thinking of me James it was great to business with you again. Great deal, great service & great customer service. Would highly recommend them go see them they have Golf, Avans & now stock Elite vans plus have a number of second hand vans aswell. So if you are looking for a new or used van go see the guys at Rivercity Rv's & see what they can do for you.
We would advise not under any circumstances to buy from these guys!! We paid a deposit for a van, the van never materialised and the owner refused to give us our money back. He has been rude, unhelpful, unreliable and on a number of occasions hung up on us!!!!!!!!!! Almost 6 months after the promised delivery date we lost patience with them and found a more reputable source.
Have got our new Golf through Rivercity RV's , have found Jon and the team excellent to deal with.Its a long process but they have made it worth while and are very happy with our new van. Thanks Jon.
Matt sold our camper for us due to our marriage breakup....he was so professional, kept me advised at all times as to what was happening and paid me the money within the designated time frame. Very professional. Keep up the good work Matt!!
Nothing but trouble. Have been lied to and treated with contempt from the start. They have dragged out the refund of a van for over a month and I'm still waiting for the final payment. Only received action when I contacted their supplier. But as I said, I'm still waiting for the final payment. Extremely poor customer service.
Wouldn't buy a van from anywhere else! Ask to speak with John or James, there professionalism is a refreshing change to the Caravan industry! looking forward to the long road ahead!
Bought a Maxxi 573 and extremely satisfied with the product and service from Jon and the team at River City RVs.
Just want to say thanks to Matthew from Rivercity Rv who went out of his way to make sure that when our camper had to go back to get one of the cables or something like that fixed I told him i needed it back within 5 days, i had it back within 2, and also need a new latch for the door and was out of stock and that they will order them and send it to me, it came in the mail within a couple of weeks, Matthew kept to his word and am very happy with the service Rivercity RV has provided and will definitely recommend them.
