GREEN WATTLE GARDENS .This is an "over 50's village, mobile home park. The houses are owned, the site is leased. It's a well established place with some owners/residents having lived here for 20+ years. It has the very best community hall of any place I ever saw. Huge, new purpose built building freely available to residents for many activities. e.g. Friday nights there is a meal available for $5 per person, provisioned by a voluntary group of owners. A large bowling green with bowls provided for residents and their visitors. Much more too. It's generally a quiet place with the low hum of traffic from the nearby Bruce highway. No pets; so no cat or dog problems. Goldfish and birds ok 😁 Very supportive people and excellent administration and management onsite.

If you love ease of access to local amenities, good friends, quiet location and a base to call home when out travelling  Bindawalla gardens and the near by kurrajong sanctuary are excellent choices. My mum has been living here for 12 years
