Purchased a brand new Caravan 12 months ago and have only now had the time to rate this company. Sales staff were really helpful but could not say the same about after sales staff. When I went to pick up the van I noticed that the outside was not detailed there reply was it's not that bad and that they were short staffed on the way home I noticed that the brakes weren't working as they should have so I Rang them and they told me to bring it back ( 2 hour drive one way ) so waited for the 1st service. After that service I still had issues they insisted that I bring it back so I Rang the manufacturer to complain about the issue and they were so helpful that I had the problem resolved within a week locally Thank you Paramount Caravans

Nobody wanted to talk to me so they missed out. Left and got better service elsewhere.

Zero rating They installed a reverse camera in a motorhome which I purchased from them and they placed the monitor for the camera on the mirror, the mirror could not hold the weight of the monitor and fell from where Brisbane RV placed it. Went into see them and they said to see the manufacture of the vehicle and would not replace the monitor or the camera and wanted me to pay another $500 to have another one put on and then I find that one can buy one exactly the same as the one Brisbane RV Burpengary incorrectly installed for $90.00, it amazes me to how they can charge this amount of money for a reverse camera and monitor. . These people do not want anything to do with a customer after they get your money, they do not honour their warranties. When I first purchased my RV from Brisbane RV's in Burpengary I notice that the spare tyre was bald and they were not going to replace it until I asked how it would pass a road worthy, and only then did they replace it. After purchase I noticed that the gas bottle was leaking and had to replace and this was at my cost and that was after it had been checked and passed by Brisbane RV's workshop and it was stamp as certified by a gas technician. Since owning the RV I have found more and more faults that were patched up cheaply by Brisbane RV's in Burpengary. These are just some of those faults, leak in vent in the shower, gas bottle leakage, face boards of the draw's in the kitchen fell off while driving as the boards where held in my small screws and not big enough for the job, The RV was advertised with a reverse camera and a monitor that was on the dash, when I received the RV, Brisbane RV's Burpengary had put another camera and monitor in as the one with it did not work, they wanted to put a rego plate camera in and I said no as it was to low and it need to be where it was, up high, Brisbane RV's ran the wiring around the inner of the vehicle and then drilled a hole in a side cabinet and ran the cable underneath the vehicle, it can been seen in plastic box tubing on the inside of the van and it was not done professionally as it was a very sloppy job and they mounted the monitor on the mirror and it did not stay there and fell down and when I go in to get it replace through that bad workmanship they don't honour their warranty but try their best to blame the customer. Last but not least, they patch up motorhomes as cheaply as possible as I have found quite a lot of faults within the motorhome after the purchase. I had an auto electrician put a UHF radio in and the amount of faulty wiring behind the dash was overwhelming and cost me to have if fixed. They patch things up in their RV’s to look good and it doesn’t last, very dodgy people to do business with. And to top things off, the people whom work on their RV's and caravans are not tradesmen as the work is not done properly. If you still intend to buy from these "people" I suggest that you be very aware of their bad RV's and caravans that they patch up as cheaply as possible for sales to go over whatever you intend to buy with a very fine tooth comb. I now am left with an extremely big bill to fix the RV up to liveable standards as Brisbane RV Burpengary will not fix any of these errors that they knew about before it was sold. I calculate it will cost me around $4000.00 to get it up to that standard and considering I paid every cent I had in my bank account to purchased the RV ($69000.00} and Brisbane RV’s Burpengary knew this and still went about ripping me off big time. These so-called-people cannot be trusted, so be extremely careful if you intend to buy from them.

Real good experience buying from these people. They make it a comfortable experience, easy, and devoid of " the hard sell". We are confident that future contact eg. servicing etc will be as comfortable. Pam and Peter.
