I absolutely had to stop in because I was craving the Salmon & Herb Hush Cake. This café sits along the road with a lineup of deli-style meals and a menu you’d expect from a full-on restaurant. I used to walk past it all the time, but the other day when I ordered a flat white, I spotted the Salmon & Herb Hush Cake in the cabinet and couldn’t stop thinking about it. I promised myself I’d make time to come back...and I’m so glad I did.nThere’s only outdoor seating available, but it’s not bad at all. What really stood out to me was how friendly and genuine the staff were; just top-notch service that really leaves a good impression. I dropped in during the morning, and it honestly set a great tone for the rest of my day.nIt might not look like much from the outside, but once you’re in, you’ll be surprised by how extensive the menu is. And the Salmon & Herb Hush Cake? It’s basically a full-blown Eggs Benedict—and a generous one at that! You won’t find anything like it for just $15 anywhere else. Highly recommended!
I Had the most awful sour puss man serving me today. I have never experienced this before at Ripe. I really tried to be nice to this person as I thought he may be having a bad day. He actually interacted, laughed and joked with another customer while serving me then looked back at me with such a scowl. I really did not deserve to be treated this way. I would not normally write a review over such trivia, but he made me feel dumb and stupid for not knowing what was in each dish. This is NOT good customer service.
We’ve had an amazing catering experience with Ripe Deli. They were accommodating to our needs and preferences. The website showed a lot of food options and good photos for reference.nnIt is on the pricier side, but you can’t beat good quality and presentation.
Great experience with Ripe Deli! The service was fantastic — the team were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist. Everything was made easy, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service!!
Coffee is great and the slices are delicious! I forgot the name of the slice I got but it was soft, moist, not too sweet, rich and went great with my coffee.
