The best bike shop in Tas. Staff know their product & go out of their way to assist. Great range of bikes and accessories & very well priced. Excellent & convenient free parking right at the door - making it a breeze to drop in/collect your bike for a service or repair. Worth a trip over the bridge if you live on the Western Shore.

Great service from the staff. Professional, friendly, know their stuff. Thought I had centre bracket bearing fault. They found it was just a bent pedal and replaced it in a flash. Fantastic.

We bought 2 second hand bike and decieded to have 1 new wheel put on and brakes check and one set of hand grips change. We were told it would cost arounf $80.00 each. When we went to pick it up - they could not find the paperwork then it was found with a hand written cost on a piece of cardboard paper. No item account - so un professional in this day and age. the whole experience cost us around $320.00, They did a service which we did not ask for and never did we get a phone call on how much the bikes will cost. Then when they realised we were not happy they offer a discount of $75.00 - that is the cost of 1 service. On top of that when we got hte bike home - they had not even pump the tyres up - service I wonder?? What annoys us was we specifically told the gentleman that we did not want to overspend on fixing the bike as it was only a trail to see if we like cycling as we never had bikes before.so a courtesy call would be appreciated. We also bought a brand new bike for my 5 year old daughter - She fell over even on training wheels - I wonder what type of bike they are selling. But the service they provide when you in the shop is really great. So beware for those that want to get things done on the bike which getting a proper quote or else you be ripped off. Very with our experience with our disappointed, But I must add the staff are very helpful with inforamtion and are very knwledgeable.
