Paid nearly $1,000 for what l was told was a “current model” Kenwood stereo that turned out to be from 2018 , five years old in tech terms and never worked properly. Rick is a liar when l discovered a few weeks later when it wasn’t working properly l checked the warranty booklet and found it was a 2018 model l rang him immediately, he completely denied responsibility and refused to replace it or give me my money back, l then created the review furious at how he had deceived me. After texting and ringing l reached him by phone in April 2024 as it had completely stopped working and this time he said l will look at it after l told him l had rang Kenwood and they confirmed it was not a current model , and l believed once again that he saw reason and would do what he said, NO the manipulator , would not commit to a date and clearly stalled fixing it until the warranty expired, saying he was “going away.” He sells outdated stock at full price to trusting customers. I was completely deceived sold an old system that never worked - that so called “ great guy” in the reviews is a manipulative rip off agent.
Rick did an excellent job, couldn't be happier with his service. The pricing was very reasonable, and he was very upfront and honest; great integrity. He got the installations for stereo and speakers done very quickly. Would highly recommend.
Great advice and provided an extremely good unit for my Isuzu MUX.nHighly recommend if you want a fast professional fit up!!
Not only is Rick a true professional that takes pride and care in his work, but he also looks after your car like it was his own. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I could not recommend him enough. If I have to get any more work done on my stereo I'll only be taking my Skyline to him from now on. A true 5 star service.
