Rahul Mandhan is a fantastic property manager. We have no complaints so far. He has fantastic attention to detail and he will make sure you will get the best rental price for your property. He has great communication with his clients and I have never had to follow up with anything because he communicates and executes what he has promised. Very trustworthy guy!! I highly recommend him
If you care about your property, please do not lease with Reliance Tarneit. As a landlord wanting to ensure my tenants safety, issues do not seem to phase Reliance who take months to fix - and for no good reason, leaving all parties vulnerable. The cherry on top being months after I decided to move management, I found out the correct safety checks that I paid for were never completed. Wonderful!
Davinder gill is- Worst real estate agent we talked so far. We visited the property at at Tesla Road today morning. He talked in a very rude way and doesn't have any customer service skills. Having these type of people in your company will diminish your reputation. Even the house was good but we never want to talk to him again. You should provide some training for him on how to deal and talk with customers.
Recently Purchased a property in Tarneit. Rahul Mandhan from Reliance property Tarneit was handling the renting out the property. He found a tenant within 4 days and coordinated when we are in overseas. Quite Outstanding Service from him and got the document signed quickly. would strongly recommend him for renting out the property. Fast & proactive person. Also we purchase the Property via reliance. Kamalesh from Reliance professionally managed the property buying part. Thanks to him too.
After purchase agents ABHI and KAMLESH just gave the keys and VANISHED! Agents usually make the buyer feel special on the key handover day or during the day of purchase, but these agents never did anything.BEWARE They also show the property to others even after the deed is sealed!
The worst realestate I’ve ever dealt with. Zero factor care towards clients and owners. Dodgy contracts. And absolutely no care for feedbacks or complaints especially Mukesh, who is one of the managers. And I’ve asked him over 5times to remove me from database and he still sends me promotions and msgs. Absolutely no care.not professional at all! Will not recommend.

From our first meeting with Abhi & Kamlesh, we knew they were the best people to sell our home. Their professionalism, personable characters and market knowledge, in particular with the Season's Estate where our home was situated, was unparalleled. Communication throughout the sale process was fantastic. Abhi & Kamlesh would come to our home for a sit down meeting the following week after each open inspection, where they would update us as to the level of interest shown by each and every group that inspected our home. We received two signed offers soon after our home was listed, albeit at the lower end of our price range. Abhi & Kamlesh persisted with open inspections and their continued hard work paid off for us, when we received a much higher signed conditional offer. Under advice from Abhi & Kamlesh, we continued with the open inspections, which presented us with another interested buyer whom ended up purchasing our home unconditionally. Abhi & Kamlesh demonstrated their professionalism and true worth throughout this final stage of the sale of our home. Even with the market turning and another comparable property in the area selling for much less than advertised, Abhi & Kamlesh were still able to achieve a fantastic sale price for our home. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Abhi & Kamlesh to any other prospective vendors.
