Don't bother with this office or Werribee. As soon as you sign the lease they no longer care about you. When requesting a Green Bin for Green waste the property manager never answered calls. Left a message with the receptionist a few times too. Finally 3 months later I managed to contact the property manager who says she is new and the old one left and and thats why it never got sorted. After 4 months of trying I finally got a simple green bin. 
After 9 months living in the house the oven stopped heating and again the property manager is not answering calls. When you do reach her she says she will call you back and never does. The problem was further complicated by the fact that the Tarneit office phones were down for over a week and so calls had to go through the Werribee office who would then email Tarneit. And then the property manager says she never received any emails. After nearly a month of a broken oven again it is a new property manager (the third manager in only 11 months). However the property manager is very quick to call and called a few times a week to find out if I'd be renewing my lease, and when I ask about the oven she says she will call back. 

If you're planning on being a tenant find yourself a different agency because this one couldn't care less about tenants. I'm looking forward to the end of my lease. Moving elsewhere is less trouble than dealing with this office.
