stars will be better. Promise things never get done they lie to your face never are forth coming. If you are looking to rent try avoid these guys!!! They are more concerned with there Chinese buyers and there commie way of maintenance or lack there off. They never call you back unless you own money. Owners are always out of the country for months at a time and so are their property managers. They lie to potential owners about shortcomings in the property when asked straight, just to seal the deal

Called an agent to inspect a property and proposed a time. He agreed and added he will also confirm later. Didn't get back to me so I thought it was locked in. Went on time to the property to see that he didn't even bother talking to the tenants and was away showing someone else another property! I called him and he was like "Oh, I said I'll confirm but I didn't."
Ok.... So when you say you'll confirm you have to keep your word and call back with a yes or no and in both cases you have to talk to the tenants first and see if they are ok with the time. But for you to do NOTHING. Not call me back, not talk to the tenants and not confirm/postpone/cancel the time then why do you get paid for?...

Turned me off even though I was seriously considering making an offer...

Unprofessional. Very poor communicators. Come across as people who are averse to passing in formation over the phone. Extremely poor about being in touch with the property. In fact, the last tenant supposedly housed sub-tenants in my property, as informed to me by the neighbours. Vince, is ill-informed and will provide emotional reactions than professional, considered ones.

An extremely bad experience!! I recently purchased a property through LJ Hooker where they managed an existing tenant within my property. This tenant was existing for the past 18 months and always had issues with paying her rent. Currently she was only paying me $300 out of the $1300 she owed each month. The only feedback I got from the real estate regarding this was that 'she does not pick up our phone calls'. The care factor was not there! The tenant issued a 14 day notice to the real estate to go to tribunal for apparent damages within the property. The repairs of these damages had already been approved by myself but no action was taken due to 'not being able to contact the tenant' and no breach of duty notices had been served to the tenant also. I was only informed of the tribunal date, the day before, where the real estate knew about this a week prior. Communication was terrible and as a property owner based in NSW I feel that the service I had received was below poor. I do not recommend and will not be using LJ Hooker as a means of purchasing another property nor having my property managed.

Very sloppy and below standard service standards. Either they are fooling people in doing business with them or they just dont care. No professionalism at all!
