I hired Mantello Real Estate to lease my investment property in Melbourne. During this time they have provided an excellent and professional service. Also, communication between us it is been always effective and responsive. As they promised, advertisement of the property has been done with high standards. This lead to having the property leased within a short period of time.
If you have an investment property in Melbourne I would recommend Mantello Real Estate without hesitation!

Having recently leased a house I cannot praise Connie, Summer and Jason enough. From the inspection of the property to signing the lease and getting the keys and moving in it has been a pleasure to deal with this real estate! Looking forward to hopefully many years to come leasing from Mantello :-)

They are the BEST agents you will EVER deal with!! Amazing service, always on time, cares about the client. I have dealt with many real estates but Mantello Real Estate have really impressed 10/10. I would highly recommend them to any buyer or seller!!!

Connie and Jason have been our agents for 4 years while we were renting out our house. We have appreciated their honesty, integrity, thorough knowledge of real estate law and the market and attention to detail. As landlords, we appreciated their advice in setting rental levels and obtaining the best tenants. We know our tenants appreciated their responsiveness when problems arose and their no-nonsense approach. They have helped us protect our real estate investment and they are genuine and friendly people. We highly recommend them.
