We looked at all the estate agencies in Werribee to find someone suitable to lease our property. 
Sharon Montalto from Ray White Werribee was the only one to follow up. 
We met with Sharon and signed on the spot. She is approachable, courteous and knows the business. Small things that we hadn't thought of were covered off and invaluable information passed onto us.
Post contract the communication continues to be excellent. Not only from Sharon but from her team. 
Michelle Chick (Director of Ray White Werribee) has also followed up to ensure that we were happy. 
I see this as a long term partnership and currently it cannot be faulted.

The agent was managing the rental property that i am tenanting and recently was in the position of selling the property for the landlord. Not knowing if an investor or home owner would buy the property they endevoured to find me a fallback position if a home owner were to purchase the property. An investor has bought the property and the sales team negotiated for me to remained as a tenant at the same rental figure for the next 12 months. I will be attending their office this Friday morning after a phone call yesterday discussing whether i was still happy with continuing tenantcy and that a new lease will be available to sign so that on purchaser settlement nothing from my position would be affected. The staff were courteous to my situation at each open house inspection with the least amount of interuption to my daily life.

Thanks for sharing this information we were looking at purchasing a home with Ray White but after reading your review l will not even give this company the opportunity. There are plenty of other trustworthy real estate agents out there.

Absolutely dreadful and unreliable.
I bought a brand new “turn of the key inclusions” property and first of all, I wasn't given a full set of keys to the house and of those keys, some of them were wrong. 
Then after moving in I was surprised that the TV points did not work. I was advised that an antenna package (which I don't have a problem paying for) was not included and now I'm facing a waiting time of 6 – 8 weeks before basic tv and internet connection are enabled through NBN. Could you have at least told me this before moving in so I could have arranged accordingly? Nowhere near good enough for a new home that is supposed to have the basics (like a free-to-air TV signal) ready at the turn of a key.
What I am most disgusted about is that I sent the agent a polite email stressing my disappointment and anger and have had no reply and no apology. How the agent earned any commission from this sale is beyond me. I swear I will never use Ray White again.
