Cheater people tottaly frud. 
They ask me for sign bond withdrow form and didn't say anything. 
After 1.5 month I ask about my bond money $1645 and she they said after vacant  house they found mouse poop in to cabinet and for that they charge my whole bond $1645...

As a landlord worst experience I have ever had with any real estate and I own more than one investment. They do not send end of financial year statements, late payments to me, (my tenants always paid on time) they were meant to pay the water rates and they did not, the water company then called me threatening legal action but I had no idea it was late because I relied on the real estate to pay and some months I did not even receive the monthly tax statement. I asked to speak to the manager after all these issues but he never got back to me, even after several promises from the front desk staff I heard nothing. I have everything documented, my evidence against this company is overwhelming. I have such a good case to sue them for negligence and lack of duty of care to me but seriously I have better things to do in my life. I now have a different real estate agent, they charge a bit extra commision but for the piece of mind its worth it. I promise, do not deal with this company as you will regret it.

Do not bother with this agent for several reasons: they won't communicate effectively with you, causing harsh financial losses and severe stress - particularly when a tenant has evacuated (and no one will tell you until WEEKS have passed!). They won't bother checking your property thoroughly when a tenant has left. There will be missing VITAL information that they failed to send you and when you finally move onto a more professional agent, "this company" will whack you with a COURT ORDER! OUT OF NOWHERE! Massive failure of communication (again) or slyness so that a landlord is unable to defend their case at a tribunal.
