I should have read thoroughly the reviews before purchasing through. I have called for the last 6 days since my order 26th Jan! and no answer or voicemail just a pathetic beep after many rings. No response to emails or updates on my order. I will be requesting for a refund and if need be fair trading to get my money back.
The reviews looked like they started of good with 5 stars. But most recent reviews only 1 star like me. 10 days no reply no tracking don't know wear my stuff is should of just gone to RSEA and got them their and then!!! Owell hopefully before Christmas
EDIT Your website states 'Our website does not have a live stock count. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via email. Please check your spam and junk box if you haven't been receiving our emails.' I never received any communication from you about this and yes I did check my spam. Why did the person I spoke with over the phone say it would be arriving in store that day or tomorrow yet it took yet another week to actually ship. Your website also states you pride yourself in fast and friendly communication. You may want to re-word that..... If I could give no stars I would.. We needed a pair of work boots for a teenager starting his apprenticeship ASAP. I chose Redz as they not only had the colour and size 'in stock' and they had free shipping and a discount code for signing up. I placed the order on December 7th. I emailed them on December 12th asking if it had been shipped yet. To this date I never recieved a reply to my email nor did anyone answer my Facebook message. On December 15th with lack of any reply from RedZ I ended up calling them. The lady who answered initially said she would check my order then hung up on me. Not looking good I called back and ended up speaking to someone else who advised they had to order them in from their supplier and it should arrive either later that day or the next. We patiently waited and finally recieved the shipping confirmation yesterday on December 20th. That's 2 weeks to ship and entirely unacceptable! Now it will most likely arrive next year !!! And no reply to any of my emails to them to this day. I wish they had communicated to me that it would take this long. I would have had happily pay full price rather than wait several weeks to arrive!! Don't list items as in stock on your website, and be transparent if a customer's product needs to be ordered in. Give them that choice to proceed or cancel. I'd be less upset had you not just ignored me and been open and honest about all of this.
So impressed by my experience at REDZ Workwear online. Such fast and friendly customer service and great prices on FXD!!! I would highly recommend REDZ to anyone wanting workwear, hi vis and work boots.
Haven't heard a response about my online order for 10 days. The sales email address is unresponsive, and my call to their ACT office went straight to voice mail. Are they even operating anymore? No positive reviews for over a year.. yet so many positive ones a few years ago. UPDATE 26/10/22: The above purchase and follow ups were made in March 2022. I again followed up by phone in late April and was told the order fell through the cracks. Was offered a refund or for RedZ to get stock from their supplier and send to me. Eventually got my hat - have added an extra star for that. Seems to be some broken process between online store and ensuring stock gets sent to customers. I suggest continuing to get on the phone if you don't get your order dispatch email.
Its a shame that I have to leave even 1 star, it's a lucky situation for some of these companies that a pandemic came along because they supposedly now have an excuse for poor customer support. Absolutely pathetic customer service, I contacted customer service twice in order to swap out jumper for smaller size and 5 weeks and still haven't received a reply, will never shop here again and will be telling my friends who are employed in the Mining industry and who purchase expensive safety boots to take their business to totally workwear, and any smaller contractors who I sub contract to and who provide occupational and safety workwear, I will be doing my level best to ensure that they do not get preference supplier status, I have a jumper that is too big and now I have to purchase another one from somewhere else, it's a good lurk if you think customers are returning for a refund...just ignore requests for return permission and the customer gets stuck with the purchase. I just wish that I had read the reviews and taken note of all the negative reviews regarding poor customer service. All of them are about failure at answering communications. More disappointedly here is a company who is getting hammered on social media for poor communication and below par customer and service and here they have an opportunity to address customer service issues and rectify them and what do they do... disregard them. Their customer service strategy is to fawn over positive reviews and ignore an important opportunity to answer customers and regain customer satisfaction YOUR CUSTOMERS who have spent money lining your pocket. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
Great place to get screen printing logos on quality work wear clothing - both corporate and sports polo. Ren was really helpful with the design and they have heaps of variety.
Order 2 pairs of pants and shirts online and it's been over 2 weeks, haven't received any Email or Notification about my order and why it's taking them soo long to post until I called them. Poor communication and False Advertisements with some of there products online being out of stock
Ordered for my husband, amazing product range, prices and fast shipping. We needed to exchange some sizes and Bree from customer service was a pleasure to communicate with and so helpful. Will definitely be ordering anything we need from Redz from now on. Thanks for everything!!
Very helpful staff.. took the time to serve just me and address my needs. I needed some embroidery done and the staff were knowledgeable re. what they could get to meet my needs. Communication post sale were great too, keeping me up-to-date with my order. I'll be going here again. Ease of parking has been hit n miss depending on how busy surrounding establishments have been.
