Where should I even start?nnAfter bad experiences with other workshops, I came back to Superior – and I’m so glad I did.nnSuperior managed to restore my trust in my car. If you truly value perfection and high-quality workmanship, this is the place to go. I’m sure the entire team is amazing, but I especially want to highlight the mechanics and, in particular, my salesman John.nnI consider myself a rather “difficult” customer who likes to know every detail and has very specific expectations. But for John, that was never a problem. He was always professional, patient, and respectful – even when I showed up at the most inconvenient times nnA big thank you to the whole team.nnKeep up the great work!
Been a really positive experience ordering through Superior Engineering. There's an incredible amount of care put into their parts, right down to the packaging and delivery, and their customer service is phenomenal. I've had quite a bit of back and forth with John K in their team who's been an incredible help with my order. The overall experience has made me look forward to placing an order again in the future.
I’d like to leave a big thankyou to Teagan and the customer service team of Superior Engineering for their excellent communication skills and follow through of finding my late delivery of freight. When I was getting nowhere with the freight company on my delivery time of my parts, customer service stepped in and not only contacted me when they said they would but also applied pressure from their end on the freight company to resolve the problem.nI’d also like to said that the quality of Superior Engineering shock absorbers are first rate and are of high standard. Very happy with the ride and handling of them on my Landcruiser.nGreat Australian company to deal with.
Superior’s customer service is second to none. They accidentally sent me the wrong parts when I ordered the lift for my patrol, but after a couple of conversations and photos they understood the problem and rectified it. It was a lengthy process due to couriers, to no fault of their own but they tried to make it as pain free and simple as possible, will definitely be a returning customer in the future
Have ordered plenty of parts and accessories from superior both their own brand and other manufacturers over the years. Never had anything less than a great experience. Online store is super easy to navigate. The customer service is always first class. And their delivery partners are fantastic. Highly recommend
